RESOLUTION 95- 295
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LEN BUSCH ROSES LOCATED
AT 4045 CO. RD. 101 (95037)
WHEREAS, Len Busch Roses has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment for
the construction of one greenhouse and one work building for property located north of
Medina Road and can of Brockton Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, thai it should and hereby does approve
the request from Len Busch Roses for a Site Plan Amendment for construction of one
greenhouse and one work building as per the Site Plan dated February 3, 1995, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lanes.
4. Compliance with Resolution 90-788 as it relates to screening requirements
within the greenhouses.
