APPROVE "NO PARKING" SIGN INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, U.S. Weal requests no parking on the east side of Nathan Kane between
Schmidt Labe Road and 51st Avenue; and
WHEREAS, U.S. West feels no parking along the east aide of Nathan lane is required
for security.
NOW, TORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby authorizes the
installation of "No Parking" signs on the east side of Nathan Lane between Schmidt
Lake Road and 51st Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1995.
