CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 289
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UT LM EASEMENT WITHIN
THE SOUTH HALF OF VACATED COUNTY ROAD NO.6
ADJACENT TO THE NORTH LINE OF BLOCK 7
BEACON HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Thomas F. Surprenant on behalf of William
J. McNeely has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage
and utility easement:
That part of the south half of vacated County Road No. 6 lying northerly
of the north line of Block 7, BEACON HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION
which lies within the lines witnessed by tla exterior face of that existing,
1 story, concrete building number 12615, as shown and documented by
the survey file no. 8537 dated March 16, 1995, prepared by Demars-
Gabriel Land Surveyors, Inc., titled "As Built Survey", prepared for
William J. McNeely and signed by David E. Crook, Registered Land
Surveyor No. 22414.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of June 6, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in !NN Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time a -A place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1995.
