RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 288
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTE ITY EASFIVlF.1!TT
HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jim Otto has petitioned the City Council for
the vacation of the following drainage and utility easement:
That portion of the north 110.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Hemlock Lane
Addition according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of
the Hennepin County Registrar of Title.
That part of the above described property within the rectangle formed by
the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of
said Lot 2; thence west along the south line of said Lot 2, a distance of
6.0 feet which is the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence north parallel to the east line of said Lot 2, a distance of 20.0
feet; thence west parallel to the south line of said Lot 2, a distance of
69.0 feet; thence south parallel to the east line of said Lot 2, a distance
of 14.0 feet; thence east parallel to the south line of said Lot 2, a
distance of 69.0 feet to the point of beginning.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, 71OREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of June 20, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and placo for d!e public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1995.
