RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 284
REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
TO CONDUCT TRAFFIC SIGNAL STUDY
COUNTY ROAD 61 AND WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 519
WHEREAS, a petition from ,.rte residents has been received by the City requesting a
traffic siWW be installed at County Road 61 and West Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, in order to determine if a traffic signal is warranted, a study must be
undertaken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Hennepin County Department u:
Transportation is requested to undertake a traffic signal study for the intersection of
County Road 61 and West Medicine Lake Drive.
FURTHER, that if a traffic signal is warrantod, a determination be made on funding for
its installation in accordance with County Policy.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1995.
