CITY PROJECT NO. 316
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed an Environmental Assessment 'Worksheet (SAW) for
the Alignment of Schmidt Lake Road from Vicksburg Lane to Peony Lane on May 16, 1995; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (BQB) Rule No.
4410.4500, the Environmental Review Process, the City of Plymouth, ar the Responsible
Government Unit submitted an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the project to
the EQB on February 28, 1995; and
( WHEREAS, a notice was published in the BQB Monito on March 13, 1995 and the 30 day
comment period ended on April 12, 1995; and
WHEREAS, a Record of Decision and a Findings of Fact have been prepared determining that
the proposed project does not represent a potential for environmental impacts of such
significance that an Environmental Impact Statement would be required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does make a Negative Declaration
on the Need for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Alignment of
Schmidt Lake Road from Vicksburg Lane to Peony Lane in accordance with the Findings of Fact
In the Record of Decision dated May 5, 1995.
Adopted by the City Cutincil on May 16, 1995.
