AUTHORING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND LrrELM EASE11PP18 IN
LOTS 1 AND 29 BLOCK 29 BASS CREEK BUSDM PARE ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility amemeots in Lots I and
2. Block 2, Baa Creek Busmen Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, aid petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abating the area
psopoaed to be vacated; and
WIiBRBAS, a public baring with respect tr aid vacation wet •chaduled for May 2, 1995, in
ac wdanoe with Mionaou Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
NVHBREAS, a notice of publiadon of aid homing wu publisbod and posted two weeb prior to
the meeting of May 2, 1995; and
WHEREAS, all property owners &*coat to the poposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
VHBREAS, the Council did hold a public bearing on May 2, 1995 to inform any and all
ba ested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in I.ots 1 and 2, Bleck
2, Bass Creek Business Park Addition; and
WHMMAS, it was determined by the City Council that said mornerw Nero not needed for
pblic puffs;
NOW,1iMRVOR8, BE ft HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easemerw be vacated:
The drainage and utility easement over, under and acnes the soutbedy 10.00 feet
of Lot 2, Block 2, Bau Crock Business Park Addition, according to the moorded
plat thereof, Homapin County, Minnaota, except the easterly 10.00 feat and the
woody 10.00 feet thereof.
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the northerly 10.00 feet
of Lot 1, Block 2, Bau Creek Business Park Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the eaateriy 10.00 feet and
westerly 10.00 feet thereof.
Adopted by the City Council on May 2, 1995.
