AMENDING RESOLUTION 94789 RECORDED DOC. #2978079
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A TRAIL EASEMENT IN
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 9TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of a trail easement in Lot 2, Block 1,
Northwest Business Campus 9th Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December 5, 1994 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of December 5, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on December 5, 1994 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of a trail easement in Lot 2, Block 1,
Northwest Business Campus 9th Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;
NOWw THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following portion of Gail easement be vacated:
All that part of a perpetual easemunt for trail purposes over, under, and across part of Lot 2, Block
1, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 9TH ADDITION, according to the recorded Mat thereof,
and described in Document No, 1467503, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, which lies westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 35
minutes 56 seconds West, along the south line of said Section 22, a distance of
1132,64 feet; thence North 9 degrees 06 minutes 34 seconds West 275.48 feet; thence
North 01 degree 46 minutes 19 seconds Bast 67 feet; thence North 11 degrees 13
minutes 34 seconds West 118.93 feet, thence North 1 degree 26 minutes 34 seconds
Bast 257.40 to the intersection with the South line of said Lot 2 and the point of
beginning of said line; thence continue northerly along last described course 31.88
feet; thence North 19 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds West 49.97 feet; thence North
00 degrees 17 minutes 53 seconds Bast 346,75 feet; thence North 39 degrees 30
minutes 49 seconds West 226.71 feet to the intersection with the north line of said Lot
2; thence North 28 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West 90.32 feet and said line there
terminating.
