HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-266r, CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 266 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 1995 STREET RECONSTRUCTION (RANCHVIEW LANE) PROGRAM CITY PROJECT NO. 501 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-236 of the City Council adopted the 4th Day of April, 1995, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to certain sftets: • Ranchview Lane: From 6th Avenue North to 7th Avenue North. As shown in the 1993 Pavement Management Update; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of streets by the installation of bituminous pavement, repair or installation of concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of j the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 18th day of April, 1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; • Iry - • r: :c : r •1111 1 r • r_I •- • u • 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 4, 1995, 2. The Plymouth Engineering Department is designated as engineer for the improvement. 'They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. The project includes: Ranchview Lane from 6th Avenue North to 7th Avenue N. Adopted by the City Council on May 2, 1995. • RMLUTION No. 95.266 CAMEWT OVERLOOK ADDITION (93035) Pare Two FURTHER BE rr RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning (See Grading Permit No. 60534 for the financial guarantee requirements) Cash: Letter of Credit No. 104-402 P: lei A49 ter hM : $10000 $10000 $39,500 $19,750 FURTHER BE rr RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer construction is accepted for continual maintenance as of May 2, 1995 subject to the Two Year Guarantee by the Developer per Maintenance Bond No. 54073086. Adopted by the City Council on May 2, 1995. •
