RESOLUTION 95.263
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR OPUS CORPORATION
FOR TWIN CITY FAN AND BLOWER, 5959 TRENTON LAMB NORTH (95031)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Opus Corporation which requests
approval of a Lot Division/Consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of land
generally located northwest of Bass Lake Road and Trenton Lae North, as legally
described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEM-S, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division/Consolidation is
sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof; and
WHEkkBAS, the city has fully considered the request for the Lot Division/Lot
Consolidation;
NOW, THBREFORS, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, hUNNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot DivitionlLot Consolidation subject to the following camiltlons:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer'a Memo.
2, SubmitW of required drainage and utility easement documents a8 approved by the
City Engineer prior to fii,ing of the Lot D'_vision/Lot Consolidation.
3. Submittal of park doliatiun fee for nerdy acquired land for Twin City Fan and
blower, 1959 Tmatoa Lane Nortb, prirc to filing of the Lot Division/ of
Consolidation,
