WHEREAS, Glory of Christ Lutheran Church has requested a Site Plan Amendment
and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for a church expansion located at 4040 County
road 101;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
That part of the South 114 of the Southmast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 ami that
pact of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of %he Southeast 1/4 in Section 18,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian lying
southwesterly of the Southwesterly line of State Highway No. 55, EXCEPT the
South 397.5 feet of the West 723.6 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section, and further EXCEPTING the North 160 feet
of tha Sonth 557.5 feet of the Wast 193.6 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section, according to the United States
Government Sumey thereof.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, IviINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Glory of Christ Lutheran Church for a Site Plan Amendment and
Conditional Use Permit Amendment for a church expansion located of 4040 County
Road 101, .ubject to the following conditions:
1. The Site Plan Amendment is rbr a 8,740 square foot expansion to the existittg
church as shown on the plans received by rite City on March 29, 1995,
2, A Conditional Use Per;nit is hereby granted for a steeple height of 56 fat,
3. A Variance is grantad from the Fire Code regarding location of fire lanes.
4. Standard Corditions:
A. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
P. Compliance with Policy Resolut:on 79-80 regarding minimum
floor elevations for neve strmcturos on sites adjaceut to, or
containing Any open storm water drainage facility

C. Submission of required financial guaiwtee and Site Performance
Agreement for completion of site improvements within 12
months of the date of this insolution
D. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance
A. Any whsegcent phases or expansions are subject to required
reviews acid approvals per Ordinance pnNhions
F. Compliance with the Oiiiinance regarding the location of fire
hydrants and fire lanes

submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site
improvement bonds per City Policy
11. Submittal of fire flow data priot to the issuance of building
permits
