APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM HIGHWAY 55 TO 114DUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9317
CITY PROJECT NO. 513
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a roadway
and traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No 61 from Industrial Park
Boulevard to Highway 55, Hennepin County Project No. 9317, Agreement No. 10-17-95
has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, CORS, BE TT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1VII14NBSOTA: That said Agreement in all things approved as
conditioned therein;
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 10-17-95, Hennepin County ProjCct No. 9317, City Project No. 513.
( BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to be
$400,000, is provided from the Minnesota State Aid (MSA) Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on May 2, 1995.
