HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-258` CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 258 CANCELLATION OF THE PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 189 199S FOR ASSESSMENT OF PAST DUE FIRE AND FALSE POLICE ALARM PERMIT FEES WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a Public Hearing to be held on April 18,1995; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has interpreted the City Code to allow only the assessment of fire alarm permit fees; and WHEREAS, the elimination of the false police alarms leaves only one outstanding fire alarm invoice, NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF IME CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1NNNESOTA, that the Public Hearing scheduled for April 18, 1995 be canceled and the Finance Director will attempt to collect this one unpaid invoice. If collection is not possible, the invoice will be assessed at a later date with delinquent fire alarms. Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1995.
