CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 257
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE FOR THE 199511996 INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential liability and
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposals for the necessary insurance coverage;
and
WHEREAS, the City received proposals from the League of Minnesota Cities
Insurance Trust for $193,972, and the St. Paul Companies for $190,777 for coverages
and limitations set forth in the Risk Management Coordinator's memo dated April 10,
1995;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the
contract for all insurance coverage's as outlined in the Risk Management Coordinator's
( memo to the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $193,972.
Adopted by the City Council on April 18, 1995.
