CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 255
APPROVAL OF ONE WHEEL LOADER WITH SNOW PLOW AND SNOW WING
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of one wheel
loader with snow plow and snow wing for the City of Plymouth and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statue bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and the bid proposals received and opened on April 5, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Midwest Machinery
St. Joseph Equipment
ZIegler, Inc.
$109,945.28
$111,399.00
$123,936.18
$40,137.78
$45,498.00
$52,215.18
WHEREAS, the bid from Midwest Machinery, Inc. was in conformance with the City's
specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Midwest Machinery is declared the
lowest responsible wheel loader with snow plow and snow wing bidder for the total cost
concept and accepts their bid in the amount of $109,945.28 including sales tax.
FURTHER, that the Wnding is as follows: 602-602-921-200-000
