SUSPENDING WORK
ALIGNMENT STUDY/TRAMC PROJECTIONS
PEONY LANE NORTH OF WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL TO
NORTH CITY LIMITS
CITY PROJECT NO. 502
WHEREAS, the City has authorized an Alignment Study for Peony Lane from
Highway 55 to County Road 47; and
WHEREAS, ultimate land use of the area north of the school has not been determined
by the City; and
WHEREAS, traffic projections indicate only a minor amount of traffic generated by the
school from the north; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to complete the Land Use and Transportation Study
before determining a roadway alignment.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Tim CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That work on the preparation of an
Alignment Study for Peony Lane northerly of the high school to the north city limits be
suspended.
FURT FM, that continued work on the study will be determined at the conclusion of
the land use planning process.
