Wi [EREAS, Janco Inc. has requested a Land Use Guide Plan Amendment from CS
(Service Business) and IA -1 (U%, Density Residential) to LA -3 (High Medium
Density Residential) and LA -1 (Low :knsity Residential) fm- property located crest of
Northwest Blvd. and south of County Road 9 and a r oroughfam Guide Plan
Amendment for the deletion of the Minor Collector designation of Xenium Lane from
Vinewood Lane to Northwest Blvd.; and,
�ViiBRBAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the reeiassifieation of land use guiding for Janco Inc. for approximately 8.4 acres from
CS to L4-3 to LA -1 and the deletion of the Minor Collector designation of Xenium
l Lane from Vinewood Lane to Northwest Blvd.
FURTHER, approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment i; contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan, Council prior to
fmalUation of the amendment.
