WHEREAS, on March 21, 1995 the City Council called for a special election relating '
to the issuance of general obligation bonds, and approved language for the ballot question;
and
WHEREAS, some changes to the ballot question language will further clarify the
City's intent to the voters; and
WHEREAS, proposed new language is underlined and language proposed for
elimination is struck through;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the ballot question for the May 23 Special Election shall read as
follows:
