WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Prelimmary Plan/Plat for Wellington Paris by
City Council Resolution 94-743 and,
WHMLEAS, the Resolution 94-743 provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439
regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $4,300 to
secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated February 61 1995 has certified the
development and he now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, TH> WOPA BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CM OF PLYMOUTH, MDEMOTA, that it should and hereby doe; authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $4,300, which was submitted to
guarantee Tree Preservation for the Wellington Park Development.
