HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-238c CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 93-238 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCE FOR MINNESOTA PUMP AND SUPPLY FOR PROPERTY LOCA ED AT 14430 -21ST AVENUE NORTH (95012) WHEREAS, Minnesota Pump and Supply Company has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit and Variance to Olow outside storage at property located at 14430 -21st Avenue North; The property is more specifically described as follows: Lot 7, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 1st Addition, Heunapin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at it duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Minnesota Pump and Supply Company for a Site Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit and Variance to allow outside storage at property located at 14430 -21st Avenue North, subject to the rollowing conditions: 1. The Conditional Use Permit is for 25,000 square feet of outside storage area for Minnesota Pump and Supply. 2. The variance approves outside storage within the required side and rear yards. 3. This permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 4. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Improvement Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements witidn 12 months of the date of this resolution. 5. A 20 -foot wide fire lane shall be maintained through the outside storage area. 6. If the City determines that there is a shortage of parking space for this site at any time in the future, the City may require a reduction in the size of the outside storage area to provide for additional parking spaces outside of the fenced area. 7. All material storage shall be located on the existing hard surfaced area. Adopted by the City Council on April 4, 1995.
