ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMEIM
LATS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARS ADDITION
WLiBREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Michele Foster, Opus Corporation has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easements:
The drainage and utility easement over, under and across the southerly
10.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except the easterly 10.00 feet and the westerly 10.00 feet thereof.
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the northerly
10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Bass Creek Business Park Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except the easterly 10.00 feet and westerly 10.00 feet thereof.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of May 2, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
