` RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 231
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
HARBOR PLACE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Howard and Lori Hempel have petitioned
the City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way:
That part of Ferubrook Lane (also Imown as 4th Avenue) lying
northeasterly of the southeasterly extension of the easterly right-of-way
line of Glacier Lane as dedicated in the plat of "Harbor Place," and on
file or of record, Hennepin County, MN
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of May 21 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
