RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE EAST MEDICINE LAKE REGIONAL TRAM. AND
AUTSORIZING CONDEMNATION
WHEREAS, the City's comprehensive trail plan calls for a trail on the east side of Medicine
Lake, and
VMMEAS, Hennepin Parks is the implementing agency for said trail, and
WH] R IAS, the Plymouth City Council is in support of said trail development, and
WHJMEAS, the Plymouth City Council would like this trail developed as soon as possible,

1. Hennepin Parks proceed with the design and implementation of the regional trail as
quickly as possible, preferably, with substantial progress made in 1995, and
2, the City Council hereby authorizes Hennepin Parks to use eminent domain powers to
f acquire property for the development of the regional trail as they doem necessary.
