RESOLUTION NO. 95- 228
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
SYNTHETIC SURFACING
WHEREAS, bids were officially advertised and opened on March 27, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder for synthetic surfacing is Flanagan Sales,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MU4NESOTA, that the bid of $15,626.25 from Flanagan Sales, is
approved, and further, that funding for this project will come from park dedication
neighborhood account 219-219.
