RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
MISSION HIIJ NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, bids were officially advertiser) and opened on March 27, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder for playground equipment at Mission Hills Park is Flanagan Sales,
NOW, MEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that that the bid of $40,813 from Flanagan Sales, is
approved, and further, that funding for this project will come from park dedication
neighborhood account 219-219.
