RESOLUTION NO. 95-225
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
SCHMIDT LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WIHIRSAS, bids were officially advertised and opened on March 27, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the low bidder for playground equipment at Schmidt lake Park is Earl F.
Andersen,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that that the bid of $54,687 from Earl F. Andersen,
is approved, and further, that funding for this project will come from park dedication
neighborhood account 219-219.
