RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 219
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 -
CITY CENTER ExPANSION PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 126
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared for the City Center Expansion Project
providing for changes as outlined in the letter from Lund Martin Construction Inc.; and
WHEREAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building; and
WHEREAS, these changes impact on the completion schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1VM%MOTA9 that Change Order No. 2 for the City Center
Expansion Project No. 126 for Lund Martin is approved in the amount of $104,753, extends
the contract by 60 calendar days, authorizes an increase of the total project costs of $32,053,
waives the liquidated damages until December 1, 1995, and further be it resolved, that funding
for the increase is appropriated from the Project Administration Fund.
