WHEREAS, the contract for work station furniture was awarded to Pink Companies
on February 21, 1995 in the amount of $258,755; and
WHEREAS, since that time minor modifications h2ve been made by the City to the
work station furniture arrangements, resulting in an increase of $10,048.51; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends increasing the contract amount to Pink Companies by
$10,048.51 to accommodate these modifications;
WHEREAS, sales tax of $17,472.22 must be added to the overall contract for work
station furniture with the Pink Companies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, does hereby approve an increase of $10,048.51 to the contract of
Pink Companies for work station furniture and $17,472.22 in sales tax for the entire
purchase.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
