WHEREAS, the City Center Expansion and Renovation Project budget has $3749000
allocated for the purchase and installation of interior furnishings and the 1995 Budget has
$18,500 allocated for the purchase of office furniture; and
WHEREAS, the final project total for interior furnishings and installation is
$423,806.35; and
WHEREAS, the furniture items remaining in the budget are necessary for the
efficiency and productivity of current employees; .
WHEREAS, staff recommends Change Order N3, an increase of $31,306.35 in the
project budget for furniture, and funds aro available in the Project Administration Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby approve Change Order M30 an increase in the City
Center project budget of $31,306.35 for interior furnishings, and designates the Project
Administration Fund as the source of fonds for the increase.
