WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, through its consultant Workplace Environments,
has specified the miscellaneous furniture needed for the City Center expansion and
renovation project; and
WHEREAS, the miscellaneous furniture required includes office and conference room
seating, Sling systems, work surfaces, shelving, drafting tables, and the like; and
WHEREAS, the remaining cost components of the furnishings budget include
$98,008.71 for miscellaneous furnishings and $6,370.56 for s•-ies tax;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota does hereby aporove the purchase of miscellaneous furnishings for
the City Center Expansion and Renovation project from the following vendors:
