PLAN FOR r EN BROTHERS AT THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF
PEONY LANE AND COUNTY ROAD • r ROCKFORD • r 9• ,
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. have requested approval of a Residential Planned Unit
Development Plan Concept Plan for the development of approximately 71.78 acres
located at the northwest quadrant of Peony Lane and County Road 9 (Old Rockford
Road); and,
WHERBAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Informational Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Residential Planned Unit Development Plan Concept Plan for the development of
approximately 71.78 acres located at the northwest quadrant of Peony Lane and County
Road 9 (Old Rockford Road), subject to the following conditions:
1. Maximum number of dwelling units approved is 118.
2. The Concept Plan provides for a density of 1.7 units based on the three bonus
points for overall project size and two bonus points for open space.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
