RESOLUTION NO. 95 — 212
ORDERING IMPROVEbUM AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NORTHWEST -19 - TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 50
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-150 of the City Council adopted the 7th day of March
1995 fixed a date for a public hearing with inspect to the improvements to the
Northwest -19 Sanitary Sewer District; and;
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 8" - 12" trunk sanitary
sewer line and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notices of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given ar d the hearing was held thereon the 21st day of
March, 1995 at which time all persc as desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heanl thereon.
islOW, BE IT HERWi'RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL•
j1,T,v, CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA -
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted March 7, 1995.
2. Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
