CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 95-211
ORDERING EWROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1995 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 501
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-121 of the City Council adopted the 21st Day of
February, 1995, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to certain streets in
Maintenance Districts:
• District 25: All streets located west of Fernbrook Lane, south of
County Road No. 9 generally east of Juneau Lane and north of 37th
Avenue.
• District 29: All streets located west of larch Lane, south of Schmidt
Lake Road generally east of Pineview Lane and north of 46th Avenue
North.
( • District 36: Plymouth Boulevard from State Highway 55 to 36th
Avenue North and 36th Avenue North from Plymouth Boulevard to
Vicksburg Lane.
• ltanchview Lane: From Gleason Lake Drive to 7th Avenue North
As shown in the 1993 Pavement Management Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of streets by the installation
of bituminous pavement, repair or installation of concrete curb and gutter, and all
necessary appurtenances,, and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 21st day of March,
1995, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon;

1, Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted February 21, 1995,

2. The Plymouth Engineering Department is designated as engineer for the
improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. The project includes:
Ranchview Lane from Gleason Lake Drive to 7th Avenue
40th Place North from Glacier Lane to cul-de-sac
40th Avenue North from Fernbrook Lane to cul-de-sac
39th Avenue North from Harbor Lane west approximately 450 feet
38th Avenue North from Fembrook Lane to cul-de-sac
Harbor Lane from 40th Place North to 38th Avenue North
Glacier Lane from 40th Place North to Harbor Lane
Glacier Place North from Glacier Lane to cul-de-sac
47th Avenue North from Larch Lane to Oakview Lane
48th Avenue North from Oakview Lane west approximately 200 feet
48th Avenue North from Larch lane to Oakview Lane
49th Avenue North from Larch Lane to Oakview Lane
( Oakview Lane from 49th Avenue North to 47th Avenue North
Oakview Lane from 47th Avenue North to cul-de-sac
Norwood Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to cul-de-sac
Norwood Lane from 48th Avenue North to cul-de-sac
Norwood Lane from 47th Avenue North to cul-de-sac
Magnolia Lane from 49th Avenue North north to cul-de-sac
Magnolia Lame from 49th Avenue North south to cul-de-sac
Magnolia Lane from 48th Avenue North to cul-de-sac
Magnolia Lane from 47th Avenue North to cul-de-sac
Plymouth Boulevard from State Highway 55 to 36th Avenue North
36th Avenue North from Plymouth Boulevard to Vicksburg Lane
Necessary improvements to the storm drainage will be made where feasible.
