HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-208• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 95- 208 io t z cc by V, t: • '• • t ZLcVi :I .e - a • •• :� 0 14 �: c c u:� t A' • 0•r•y• • • t c • •:c :t• c • • t WHEREAS, the Council has deteimined a need to retain consulting services to assist with the development of a concept plan and design guidelines for Downtown Plymouth; and W MPMAS, on February 7, 1995 the City Council authorized staff to solicit proposals from architectural and planning firms; and WHEREAS, seven proposals were received; and WHEREAS, four of the firms presenting proposals deemed to more closely meet the requirements of the request for proposals were interviewed by staff, and WHEREAS, Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. was determined to be the best proposal meeting the City's needs for these services; NOW, THEREFORE, u IT RE50LvED BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is directed to enter into an agreement with Holsington Koegier Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $24,930 and that funding for these services will be provided from the Project Administration Fund.
