WH11REAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1995 West Medicine Tree dt Brush
Removal to be carried out un City owned lands at West Medicine Lake park; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid, specifications were proposed and distributed and bid
proposals were received and opened on March 20, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the following contractors received bid specifications, and 3 bids were received by
the City:

AND, WHEREAS, the bid of Fries Trees Inc. is in conformance with City specifications for
plant materials, Fries Trees Inc. is therefore declared lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept the proposal
of Frits Trees Inc. in the amount of $21,600.00. Further, that funds in the amount of
$21,600.00 are authorized from account no. 496-496-810.00-330.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 195,5.
