WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Twin City Fan & Blower was Administratively approved
on Febniary 25, 1993; and,
WFIBRBAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Bond in the amount of $297,000.00 and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said she and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Bond in the amount of $297,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Twin City Fan & Blower.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
