PLYMOUTHAUTHORIZNG REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
:RCHURCH LOCATED AT 3755 DUNKIRK
O.
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Plymouth Presbyterian Church was approved under City
Council Resolution 94-256; and,
VMMELAS, AS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the total amount of $128,000.00; and,
VIMREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $108,000.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Plymouth Presbyterian Church to a new total guarantee of
$20,000.00.
