RESOLUTION NO. 95 -194
RESCINDING AREA ASSESSMENT ON PIN 18-118-22-42-0002
AS ADOPTED IN RESOLUTION 94-840
WHEREAS, On December 2, 1991 area assessments for sewer and water for City projects
012 and 014 were deferred for three years by Resolutions 91-750 and 91-753.
WHEREAS, area assessments which were deferred were adopted with the final plat
Orchards of Plymouth on December 5, 1994 by Resolution 94-781.
WHEREAS, These deferred assessments were also levied by Resolution 94-840, adopted
on December 19, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA- Area assessment previously deferred under
projects 012 8t 014 and relevied on December 19, 1994 for PIN 18-118-22-42-0002 is
hereby removed from Resolution 94-840.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
