CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95-193
APPROVAL OF BID FOR (1) HYDROSTATIC TRACTOR ROTARY MOWER
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of (1)
Hydrostatic Tractor Rotary Mower; and
WHEREAS, as in accord --ice with the State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed, and bid proposals were received and opened on March 6, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received
M.T.I. Distributing Co. $42,541.43
Midwest Turf & LTigation $44,780.00
WHEREAS, the bid frc_a M.T.I. Distributing Co. are in conformance with the City's
specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from M.T.I. Distributittg Co. is declared
the lowest responsible bidder and accepts their bid in the amount of $42,541.43 including tax
for (1) New 16' Hydrostntic Rotary Mower.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
