RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 190
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATI� OF "NO PARE3NG" SIGNS ON
XE NIUM LANE (COUNTY ROAD 61)
BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY SS AND 24TH AVENUE NORTH
CITY PROJECT h O, 313
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 5317
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will undertake the improvement of Xenium Lane
(County Road 61) between State Highway 55 and 24th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is F. requirement that parking be restricted on Xenium Lane (County
Road 61) between State Highway 55 and 24th Avenue North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is
hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Xenium Lane (County
Road 61) between State Highway 55 and 24th Avenue.
