HICKORY HILIS ADDITION (94091)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a condition of development of Hickory Hills Addition an
Basement Agreement has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the easement description, as prepared, correctly indicates the watermain
alignment through Hickory Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Basement Agreement for Hickory Hills Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
