HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-186• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 95 - 186 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING HARRISON PLACE ON BASS CREEK VMEREAS, a petition has been received from Daniel Hunt, the developer, requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in Harrison Place on Bass Creek. NOW, THEREFOREt BE V'rUMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF E CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petitions requesting the improvement of Harrison Place on Bass Creek by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on March 21, 1.995 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1995.
