RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 185
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
FERNBROOK WOODS 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 21, 1995 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Fernbrook Woods 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on March 21, 1995.

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted March 21, 1995. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public heating.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. lie shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
