RESOLUTION NO. 9S-176
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1995 SALARY RESOLUTION
ALLOWING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF TERM
INSURANCE FOR CERTAIN ELIGIBLE EMIWYEES
Whereas, in 1992 the City Council approved the transfer of split dollar policies to
exempt, non -represented employees;
and
Whereas, employees covered by those policies have received the equivalent of the old
premiums since 1992;
Whereas the current ranges in the 1995 Salary Plan are inadequate to allow additional
compensation for certain of the eligible employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the maximum salary limits for
uch employees may be adjusted in the amount of the split dollar compensation fixed in
1992.
