WIMEAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company has requested a Final Plat
for Fernbrook Woods 2nd Addition located west of Fernbrook Lane at Schmidt Lake
Road; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements to said related plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT JJBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat for Fembrook Woods 2nd Addition located west of Fembrook Lane at
Schmidt Lake Road, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be adthorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on March 71 1995.
