RESOLUTION 93. 166
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT FOR GOFF HOMES INC. FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED WEST OF XENIUM LANE AT 37TH AVENUE NORTH (95003)
(RPUD 93-1)
WHEREAS, Goff Homes Inc. has requested an RPUD Find Plat for Rockford Estates
2nd Addition located west of Xenium Lane at 37th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the RPUD Final Plat for Rockford Estates 2nd Addition located west of Xenium Laue
at 37th Avenue North.
Adopted by the City Council on March 71 1995.
