APPROVINO FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR S.T. dt M.,
INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 6 AND
FERNDALE LANE (9414 I)
WHEREAS, S.T. R M., Inc. has requested a Final Plat for Hunter's Bluff Addition
located at the southeast corner of County Road 6 and Ferndale Lane; and
WiIBREAS, the City staff has preparod a Development Contract covering the
imgrovenients w said related plat;

FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Aianager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on Manch 7, 1995.

Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a
meeting of the Plymouth City Council on March 7, 1995 with the original thereof on
