APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT AND DEVBLOPMBNT CONTRACT FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF MWjINA ROAD AND EAST OF COUNTY ROAD 101 (95001) (RPUD
92-3)
VVABRBAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Company has requested an RPUD Final Plat
for Heather Run 4th Addition located at the southeast comer of Medina Road and
County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to acid plat;
NOW, T MMRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the RPUD Final Plat and Development Contract for Heather Run 4th Addition located
at the southeast coater of Medina Road and County Road 101, and,
FURTH o that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on March 7, 1995.
