APPROVING PRELDMARY LAYOUT
RTsNIUM LANE - STATE MGHWAY 55 TO ?ATH AVENUE NORTH
CITY PROJECT NO. 513
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared and is presenting a preliminavy layout .
County Project No. 9317 showing the proposed improvement of Xenium Lane (Cot! I -
Road 61) within the limits of the City.
NOW, TMWORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said layout be in all things approved and
that Hennepin County is hereby authorized by the City to acquire all rights-of-way,
permits and/or easements required for said improvement in accordan(* with said layout.
