RECEIMG PRELIMINARY ENGI100A RING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON LWMOVEM[ENTS
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER, DISTRICT NW -19
CITY PROJECT NO. 503
WHEREAS, the Cites of Plymouth is proposing to improve the Northwest Sanitary
Sewer District NW -19 by constructing a trunk sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. was designated as the consulting engineer
for the project, and a Preliminary Engineering Report was ordered; and
WHEREAS, the report for the improvements of the NW -19 Trunk Sanitary Sewer from
a point on Old Rockford Road approximately 700 feet ;vest of Holly Lane then on an
alignment generally westerly to Peony Lane then northerly along Peony Lane to a point
approximately 1100 feet north of the Soo Lire railroad tracks has been prepared and is
received by the Council on March 7, 1995;

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitce. property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1453, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$1,159,300.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
21st day of March, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard dt 7.00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improv=ents as requited by law.
